Independent record label specializing in Jamaican reggae/dancehall and hip hop music. Managed all media relations and marketing activities. Signed, managed and developed top international artists such as Shabba Ranks, Patra, Mad Cobra, Richie Stephens and Ky-mani Marley. Additional duties included tour coordination, on-the-road artist management, contract negotiations, booking individual performances for artist, overseeing recording projects, producing, publishing and promoting records.
